It has been a fantastic month here at Agel—our strongest to date. We launched our newly reformulated protein gel, PRO, and followed that up with the announcement of a truly innovative new gel product—and one that I'm convinced will drive huge volume and attract a hoard of new customers—HRT.
I had the added privilege of traveling to London to announce the release of our superstar joint health gel, FLX, to the European Union.
We had fantastic gatherings in Russia, Israel (over 4,000 people), London, and Orlando, Florida. And in the wake of those meetings and in preparation for our annual AgelWorld convention, Agel team leaders are staging pre-sold convention lead-up events in dozens of markets.
Things are moving and shaking. And when I think of the many, many spectacular announcements that will be made at AgelWorld 2007, I truly cannot remember a time when I've felt more enthusiasm and more momentum for this remarkable company and its many remarkable people.
You truly are the heart of Agel. People who, in their own way, are refusing to accept mediocrity in their lives.
We live in a world that conditions us to accept mediocrity. We get good grades in school and get along socially and at work by conforming to what everyone else is doing. There is enormous pressure just to "fit in."
But for so many, the "good enough" really is the enemy of "greatness." The majority of Americans are doing just enough at work not to get fired. Every moment they are not working is spent relaxing and being entertained. We spend what we get—the average American is just two paychecks away from bankruptcy. No wonder so many of us are living lives of "quiet desperation."
Living life more fully takes passion and a commitment to step away from the crowd. It takes vision—a vision of a more empowered future, of more freedom and personal abundance. It takes drive and effort.
As we celebrate our Independence Day here in the United States, stop and think for a moment about all the millions of immigrants who came to America because it was the "land of opportunity." Many built fortunes out of thin air, simply because they had the vision, the passion, and the drive.
